"Jordan... stop posting all your half-naked photos already; just tell us the steps about training, diet, and your secrets to getting a nice body."
.
Well, I know that you've been following me because you want to learn how to get fitter or get six-pack abs.
.
Here's the thing.
.
Most people think it's about the "how" and that "one unique weird method" that will turn them sexy overnight... I don't blame them, because I used to feel the same way too.
.
While the steps are essential, I can tell you that "steps" only takes about 10-20% of everything to achieve your goal.
.
Here's an example:
.
Everybody wants to be fit & healthy, and nobody wants to be weak & unhealthy. But if we look around, I would say about 80-90% of people have not achieved their goals yet.
.
Is it because of the steps? Steps wise, it's probably just these 3 steps.
.
1) Exercise more often > 2) Cut down the junk food > 3) Repeat steps 1 & 2
.
That's all!
.
The point I want to make here is… We all know the steps. But just because we know it doesn't mean we will do it. It's because of the other 80%, which is our commitment towards it. And commitment is putting in the work even when you don't feel like doing it. You gotta start taking action, and stay committed!
.

About author
I wasn't born with this physique... I've been skinny and fat, zero confidence to almost every area of my life. My life changed dramatically when I started working out for like 5 days a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to persist many other negative things in life! What I've learned from gym room... No pain no gain! The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Yup, Life is Up and Down, but every downfall doesn't mean is bad. Just like working out, those pain can be really painful and annoying, but pain is the sign of weakness leaving the body, they are your strength for tomorrow! the best part? Your gains actually last much longer than your pain. Fitness is a gift of my life. I am blessed that I am able to share my gift to everyone here in this amazing platform.
